- Oversee the development and implementation of cuttingedge diagnostic strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate diagnostics into clinical protocols effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining the highest quality of diagnostic services
- Drive research initiatives and collaborate on clinical trials to advance diagnostic services
- Develop and manage departmental budgets to optimize operational efficiency
Key Qualifications for the Director Role
- Masters or Doctorate degree in a related field (e.g. Health Sciences Medical Technology)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a diagnostics or clinical laboratory setting
- Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and strategic growth in diagnostics

Required
- Masters degree or higher
- Prior PostDegree Clinical Experience (2 years)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
