B2B Business Development Manager Human Resources Services (Fully Remote)
NOTE: This is not an HR role it is a SALES role with an HR focus

Humarq employees enjoy a collaborative environment that rewards hard work. We are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our organization. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of our human resources and payroll services for small businesses.
This is a fully remote position with a 100% commissionbased compensation structure for the first 36 months. After 36 months of success in this role you will receive a base salary of $60000 plus uncapped residual commissions and bonus based on performance. First year OTE is $96744. This person(s) in this role will also be eligible for rapid advancement into Area Vice President (AVP) within the first year. The base salary for the AVP role is $84000 with first year OTE $177312.

You must be a US resident Virginia or North Carolina residency preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
