B2B Business Development Manager Human Resources Services (Fully Remote)

NOTE: This is not an HR role it is a SALES role with an HR focus

Humarq employees enjoy a collaborative environment that rewards hard work. We are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our organization. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of our human resources and payroll services for small businesses.

This is a fully remote position with a 100% commissionbased compensation structure for the first 36 months. After 36 months of success in this role you will receive a base salary of $60000 plus uncapped residual commissions and bonus based on performance. First year OTE is $96744. This person(s) in this role will also be eligible for rapid advancement into Area Vice President (AVP) within the first year. The base salary for the AVP role is $84000 with first year OTE $177312.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels including email campaigns and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitive analysis and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients including cold calling email outreach and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations demonstrations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline forecasts and overall performance metrics providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments market conditions and competitors offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries concerns and providing solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling marketing and advertising or human resources and payroll services to small businesses preferably in a remote role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven individual with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field is preferred.
  • You must have B2B human resources/payroll sales experience
