Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director ofProperty Management Operations Leader to drive the growth andefficiency of our residential singlefamilyproperty management operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management an extreme sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role is crucial for creating and implementing effective systems and processes leading dynamic teams and holding team members accountable for performance strategically forecasting both revenue and key personnel needs and creating a roadmap for the property management division.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize property management operations enhance performance and drive business growth.

Systems & Processes: Design and establish robust systems and processes to streamline operations improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all properties.

Accountability: Hold teams accountable for performance through regular evaluations feedback and performance metrics.

Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue staffing needs and resource allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Talent Management: Evaluate the current bench of talent identify skill gaps and develop strategies for recruiting retaining and developing highperforming team members.

Growth & Development: Lead initiatives to grow the business capitalize on new opportunities and expand our portfolio in line with company goals.

Ownership: Exhibit an extreme sense of ownership and responsibility for the success of the operations department and the overall business.

Adaptability: Thrive in an environment of ambiguity and shifting priorities making informed decisions and adapting strategies as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seat at the table for strategic discussions.


Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record of success in singlefamilyproperty management with a strong operational background preferably in a small business or startup environment.

Leadership: Proven experience in a highlevel strategic leadership role with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to foresee challenges and opportunities.

Ownership: Demonstrated an extreme sense of ownership and accountability for business performance.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members clients and stakeholders.

Problemsolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
