Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL AR AP and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
Auditing & Compliance:
- Lead statutory audits internal audits and tax audits ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to mitigate risks.
SAP Implementation & Management:
- Manage accounting operations and reporting within the SAP environment.
- Optimize SAP functionalities to streamline financial processes and ensure accurate reporting.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Support budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decisionmaking.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting auditing and financial management.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must with handson experience in using and managing SAP modules related to finance.
- Indepth knowledge of accounting principles taxation laws and regulatory frameworks.
