Responsibilities
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints via voice process and other communication channels.
- Utilize CRM and support tools to document track and manage customer interactions.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance.
- Handle highpressure situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a customerfocused approach to achieve high levels of satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support specifically in voice processes and call handling.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and support software tools.
- Fluency in English along with at least one local language (Hindi Urdu Bengali).
- Prior experience in international call handling is a plus.
Candidates must have experience in handling calls in a professional environment.
