Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team in Toronto Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and evaluation of our organizations programs ensuring they meet our strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop implement and manage multiple programs simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Supervise and mentor a team of program coordinators and staff providing guidance and support
- Create and manage program budgets monitoring expenses and allocating resources effectively
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and outcomes
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and organizational policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and community organizations
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple programs and meeting objectives
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software
- Knowledge of program development implementation and evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
