Are you a dynamic and driven Cable Supervisor ready to make a significant impact
Comex 2000 is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Infill PIA team in Scotland. As a key member of our team youll play a vital role in overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.
What youll do:
- Lead with Impact: Oversee field activities and staff driving production and performance to new heights.
- Optimise Operations: Collaborate with the client to identify and implement costeffective solutions maximising project efficiency.
- Champion Safety: Foster a culture of safety by promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting.
- Drive Financial Success: Contribute to financial control by tracking project costs and ensuring profitability.
- Elevate Quality: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards ensuring projects are delivered to the highest specifications.
- Build Strong Teams: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Master the Details: Develop accurate project schedules manage risk and ensure compliance with all procedures.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
- Technical Expertise: NRSWA Level 10 certification.
- Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
