As the Director of User Acquisition for North America at Stillfront youll be the strategic powerhouse behind our gaming portfolios growth. This is a pivotal role that combines deep marketing expertise datadriven decisionmaking and leadership finesse.
YOUR MISSION
Execute performancefocused user acquisition campaigns across networks like Google Meta TikTok and ApploVin leveraging advanced targeting and optimization techniques
Dive deep into campaign analytics tracking and improving critical KPIs including CTR CVR IPM CPM CPC and CPA/CPI
Drive continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing of creative assets ad copy and bidding strategies
Optimize SKAdNetwork Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and advertising network configurations to maximize campaign efficiency
Collaborate closely with NA leadership and studio heads to develop and align marketing budgets and user acquisition strategies
Build cohesive strategies across multiple game titles and studios working handinhand with product analytics and support teams
Manage relationships with key advertising partners and agencies
Serve as a critical link between North American operations and EMEA/APAC&MENA marketing leadership
Build lead and develop a highperformance user acquisition team that drives innovation and results currently 3 employees with aim to grow
Mentor and develop talented UA professionals creating a culture of continuous learning and performance
YOUR BACKSTORY
8 of experience leading and running performance marketing strategies
5 years experience in freetoplay games
Proven track record of managing multiplatform marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation including lifetime value (LTV) measurement and optimization
Good understanding of the online gaming industry its trends player behavior and monetization models
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics communicating effectively with executives and operational teams
Exceptional strategic thinking with a handson operational approach
Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for building and inspiring teams
