Essential Functions:

Manage and supervise direct reports and all Vendor relationships
Responsible for critical performance indicators Food & Labor Cost Management Menu Development & Innovation Bulk Food
Production. MultiUnit Kitchen Management (Kitchen & Bakery) Hiring Mentoring and Training
Train and monitor the utilization of all management and operating tools in line with the company standards (including but not
limited to scheduling inventory ordering etc.)
Responsible for Quality Assurance on all products and the required documentation supplementing production
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working conditions through staff training and inspection
Be a team leader and chef to ensure highquality products while celebrating team success
Work in a highly collaborative environment interacting with operations finance/accounting payroll HR
Evaluating vendor options and pricing consistently striving to purchase the best quality food items at the most reasonable
price
Collaborate and help with the catering department
Oversee a team of 80 team members
Interview new candidates
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts or Business Management
A minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary or Commissary management experience depending upon formal
degree or training
Comprehensive knowledge of food production in USDA regulated environment
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
