Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Leader to take charge of our marketing efforts and work closely with our partner organizations. This multifaceted role provides a rare opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies across a variety of industries maximizing your influence and scope. The ideal candidate is a visionary strategist with a history of delivering impactful marketing campaigns that fuel organizational growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and oversee the implementation of innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across various organizations.
- Oversee Campaigns: Plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns to maximize reach engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage Digital Advertising: Direct and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns ensuring costeffective performance.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand alignment across all marketing materials platforms and communications.
- Collaborate Across Companies: Work closely with leadership teams from affiliated businesses to align marketing goals and initiatives.
- Analyze Market Trends: Research and interpret market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Drive New Product Feature Launches: Coordinate marketing efforts for new product or service launches ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
- Enhance Partnerships: Build and sustain strategic partnerships to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Report Performance: Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders on the success and impact of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles preferably in SaaS based Real Estate products.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition.
- Team Leadership: Strong track record in building mentoring and leading highperforming marketing teams.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels including paid media SEO and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends customer behavior and campaign performance to inform datadriven decisions.
- Budget Management: Experience managing largescale marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Partnership Development: Skilled in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Adaptability: Experience working across multiple business sectors demonstrating flexibility and innovation in marketing approaches.
