Job Description
As a Junior UX Requirements Specialist you will operate across multiple gaming platforms support production teams in resolving bugs and play a key role in implementing user experiencerelated features.
Please note that position is officebased in Kyiv.
Qualifications :
- Execute epilepsy sound and input lag tests using dedicated software and hardware and verify that all Ubisoft titles are compliant with the guidelines;
- Operate multiple platforms (PC Luna X1 PS4 XsX PS5 NX);
- Support production teams in fixing bugs and implementing UXR related features of the game;
- Investigate reproduce report and track UXR issues on the projects find workarounds for production teams;
- Manage one or more projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests raising project risks ensuring proper test coverage);
- Work closely with your team and different project stakeholders (production QC etc.) providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality providing visibility and obtaining required information;
- Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs.
Job requirements:
- Strong motivation to work and develop in the video game industry
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge and understanding of testing theory
- Strong interest in and genuine passion for video games
- Solid knowledge of PC and console hardware
- Good understanding of Stage Gate process;
- Strong communication (ability to develop and sustain a professional network) and problemsolving skills;
- Good organizational time management and prioritization skills;
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;
- Proactivity and ability to multitask;
- Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations;
- Openness to change and selfimprovement;
Would be a plus:
- Handson experience with several gaming platforms;
- Experience with multiple projects;
- Mentorship experience;
- Experience in coordinating tasks;
- Good troubleshooting skills;
- Involvement in test case creation/adjustment;
- Any soundrelated background.
