Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for a range of positions both tech and nontech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidate
- Effectively communicate with the internal team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information and prepare the CV with our template.
- Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer preferably in IT fields.
- Experience in global recruitment
- Good communication in English both speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools.
