Job Description

- Be part of a global IT team and participate in companywide projects.
- Provide Tier 12 support for end users at local and remote sites.
- Work with the service desk ticketing system.
- Track and keep the IT assets inventory uptodate.
- Be responsible for the installation administration maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows/Mac and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Contribute to the corporate IT wiki portal.
Qualifications :

- Have excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and at least 23 years experience
- Understand Windows based client environments (Active Directory GPOs SCCM/ MDT installations Windows update etc.
- Know in practice what is Computer Hardware and Maintenance
- Understand TCP/IP Network elements and services Wireless and VPN environments
- Contribute to Documentation KB manuals monitoring
- Have an UpperIntermediate level of English
