- Helping clients through realtime support (Telegram Instagram);
- Interacting with other departments to resolve issues; social media monitoring to identify customer requests and responding quickly to them;
- Responding to comments and messages on social media providing prompt and professional support;
- Creating reports on customer activity on social media analyzing them to improve services;
- Tracking trends and new opportunities for effective customer engagement on social media;
- Creating content for the Telegram channel including writing posts developing visual materials and planning a content strategy working on attracting an audience to the Telegram channel maintaining active interaction with subscribers;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of content in the channel implementing improvements to increase engagement reach tracking competitors activity and analyzing their strategies.
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach$
- Proven experience in a customer support role preferably with a focus on social media management$
- Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook Instagram;
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics;
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
- Indepth understanding of social media trends and best practices;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
