Job Description
- Onboard and mentor a talented team of SMM professionals;
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility audience engagement and lead generation on LinkedIn Instagram and future platforms like TikTok;
- Oversee the production and sharing of engaging highquality content tailored to each platforms unique audience and objectives;
- Foster social media communities by actively engaging with followers responding to comments/messages and building meaningful relationships;
- Lead social media campaigns from ideation to performance tracking ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals;
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends tools and competitor activities to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry;
- Partner with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with overarching marketing and PR strategies;
- Attend industry conferences alongside the PR team to capture live content conduct interviews and showcase the companys expertise through interactions with Clevel executives;
- Drive the creation of usergenerated content for Instagram and TikTok fostering authentic connections with our audience;
- Write and execute scripts in partnership with the PR team for Instagram Reels and other video formats;
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications :
- 5 years in social media strategy content creation and team leadership;
- Demonstrated success in driving engagement and brand awareness across LinkedIn and Instagram;
- Strong knowledge of social media tools analytics platforms and emerging trends;
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills;
- Languages: Ukrainian native English C1.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to shifting priorities;
- Experience with UGC campaigns and video content production is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in affiliate marketing or the fashion industry.
