Job Description
Finance Specialist (treasury) monitors cash funds and offers insights to evaluate the cash flow. He/she is responsible for the correct disbursement and application of payments as well as the relationship with the banking institutions.
The role involves creating records of transactions preparing cash flow file ensuring applications align with the correct balance accounts performing bank reconciliations and maintaining and improving procedures to ensure the transfer and remittance of funds occur effectively and on schedule
Qualifications :
- Responsible for disbursement of petty cash cards
- Processing of client reimbursements
- Documentation of proof of payments
- Payment of taxes Completion of bank reconciliation
- Application of payments
- Communication with banking executives
- Resolution of any bankingrelated issues
- Management of cash flow records
- Posting related to payroll transactions
