What you will do:
Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies to drive performance marketing goals.
Oversee programmatic direct and affiliate media buys to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts with media vendors and platforms to ensure costeffective purchases.
Manage endtoend campaign execution across various channels including social media search display and video platforms.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPS CPA CPL CPD and ROAS.
Lead and mentor the media buying team ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Provide training and guidance on tools platforms and industry best practices.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends insights and areas of improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners agencies and internal teams.
Stay updated on new trends platforms and tools to incorporate innovative solutions into campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in media buying with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:Expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager programmatic platforms and other performance tools.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and attribution models. (MMPs / Pixels / UTMS)
Strategic thinking with handson campaign management experience.
Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Leadership abilities to guide and develop highperforming teams.
