This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic KYC squad within the CRM & MDM tribe. This role is pivotal in implementing KYCrelated processes across various entities and segments ensuring compliance with local and EU laws regulations and audit recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit analyze and document business stakeholder solution and transition requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners architects and subject matter experts to align requirements with business and technology strategies.
- Design and analyze new business processes identifying detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Partner with project managers and architects to define metrics and performance goals.
- Transition requirements and use cases to designers and developers ensuring clear understanding.
- Assist in translating requirements into test conditions for product performance and user acceptance testing.
- Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Participate in quality management reviews ensuring designs and prototypes meet requirements.
- Develop and execute the requirements management strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in KYC domains (operational or as a BA).
- Familiarity with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of IT and testing processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies.

Business Expertise:
- Solid understanding of workflow processes.
- Experience within the financial or banking sector is a plus.

- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch or French (written and spoken).
