- Requirement Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements through interviews surveys workshops and other techniques.
- Skelta technical skills: Understanding of Skelta and ability to elicit workflow business from Skelta
- Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) functional requirement documents (FRDs) use cases and process flow diagrams.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Validation: Validate proposed solutions against business requirements to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of Skelta is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with relevant software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office data analysis tools project management software).
