Domopan Arabia is a leading construction and design company in Saudi Arabia specializing in residential commercial and industrial projects. With a track record of delivering highquality projects on time and within budget we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional design solutions that exceed their expectations.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umloj. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead and manage a wide range of construction and design projects across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction and design projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets in collaboration with the project team
Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget constraints
Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure efficient and effective project execution
Coordinate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work
Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project and implement corrective actions
Provide timely and accurate project updates and reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations codes and standards
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth
Keep uptodate with industry trends new technologies and best practices to continuously improve project delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and other design software is an advantage
Familiarity with construction processes building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English Arabic is a plus
