JOB PROFILE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Experience in selling packaged software ERP solutions
- Experience in software sales process for ERPCRM & HRMS
- Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach
- Enthusiastic and a can do attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required
- Exposure to the ERP stack of Software Product/Applications marketing and sales will be an added advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure and generate results
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Research and identify new market opportunities
