We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Manager to lead and manage the endtoend activities of franchise development across India. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying acquiring and managing franchise partnerships ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy to expand the brand footprint across India.
- Analyze market trends competition and franchise opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
- Franchise Acquisition:
- Identify and evaluate prospective franchisees through market research networking and industry events.
- Conduct presentations meetings and negotiations with potential franchise partners.
- Manage the franchise application and selection process ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Legal & Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft review and finalize franchise agreements.
- Oversee financial evaluations of franchise candidates ensuring their ability to meet operational and investment requirements.
- Franchise Onboarding & Support:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees including training and operational setup.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees addressing their concerns and fostering strong relationships.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze franchise performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on franchise development progress and challenges.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing operations and training teams to ensure franchisees have the resources and support needed for success.
- Promote a collaborative and cohesive working relationship between the franchisor and franchisees.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in franchise development business development or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing largescale franchise operations or expansion projects.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
