Job Description
- Reporting to the TM Manager Flooring be responsible for product Engineer for flooring and Industrial manufacture
- Achieve agreed sales and contribution target / budget and promote Sika products to all potential customers in the designated territory.
- Provision of necessary customer product & market information as directed by the superior / TM Manager to enable the necessary regional support requirements to be realized.
- Effectively respond to market conditions and customer requirements.
- Active to supporting TM Flooring in reviewing market situation and developing new products as market needs
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferably Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline;
- 3 years in similar capacity or in Engineering field or other majors with min 5 years of work experience in construction chemical
- Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Based in Jakarta but able to travel when required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and management skills.
