Job Description

We are seeking Simulator Support Engineers to help us Maintain and Repair HighEnd Training Simulators and to Implement Customer Success Programs.

5DT (Fifth Dimension Technologies) is a Multinational High Tech company specialising in Training Simulators and Virtual Reality VR. 5DT has been in business for more than 30 years. It has more than 600 simulators deployed worldwide. 5DT has developed simulators for more than 160 different vehicles & machines from more than 50 manufacturers. 5DT has operations in 6 countries.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Onsite and remote Maintenance and Repair of HighEnd Training Simulators

Implementation of Customer Success and Business Improvement Programs

Professional Requirements

B Degree (or Equivalent Qualification)

Fluency in English a Must

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian a Must

Fluency in Chinese a Plus

Willingness to Travel (both Nationally and Internationally)

Solid knowledge of and experience in configuring and repairing Personal Computers

Interest in Mechatronics
