Job Description
- Ensure smooth operation of all hotel engineering and maintenance systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC elevators lighting and fire safety systems.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical plumbing and mechanical issues.
- Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules equipment performance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist in energy conservation efforts and sustainability initiatives.
- Report major breakdowns and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
