Job Description

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of the companys construction and real estate projects to ensure compliance with internal policies external regulations and industry standards. 

  • Review Real Estate related processes such as Facility Management Energy Management Leasemangement etc. to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Evaluate risks associated with construction occupational health & safety (OHS) and real estate activities check and analyse the relevant Internal Control System and develop appropriate control mechanisms to mitigate risks. 

  • Review construction contracts lease agreements building permits and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with company policies and protect the companys interests. 

  • Independently conduct building inspections to identify OHS construction or functional related risks for the operation of the properties and assess the risk. 

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings in the construction and real estate sector through process and procedure analysis. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance legal and construction to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to construction and real estate issues. 

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate audit findings risk assessments and recommendations. 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Real Estate or Facility Management Business Administration or a related field. 

  • Several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry preferably in auditing construction real estate or risk management. 

  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the construction and real estate sector. 

  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex issues clearly and communicate with various stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal. 

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
