Job Description
With an international team we are the leading SaaS company for Product Mining.

Soley turns complex product data into actionable insights enabling companies to make faster smarter decisions and implement them effectively in the face of complex product portfolios.
Tasks
- You have a passion for building great SaaS products with state of the art technology & a smart architecture
- Lead our R&D team
- Take architectural decisions and choose strategic technologies together with your team
- Shape and improve our SaaS product by adding new features fixing bugs and refactoring legacy code at a high velocity with your team
- Contribute your ideas to the analysis of requirements and conception of new solutions.
- Write code you are proud of
- Work and learn within an agile scrum team setting
- You closely cooperate with the Product Management to make sure that the product strategy is realized in the form of a winning SaaS product
Requirements
- Minimum experience in software development: 5 years
- Minimum leadership experience: 2 years
- Experience in the development of SaaS Software applications
- Leadership mindset and ambitions
- Good skills and experience with C# / .Net Relational Databases SQL
- High level of independence and good selforganization
- Good analytical & communication skills
- Experience with agile SCRUM based Software Engineering processes
- Good & fluent English spoken & written. Good & fluent German spoken & written as an advantage
- Profound completed education in the field of IT/software development as an advantage
- Experience with Angular as an advantage
- Experience with Azure DevOps as an advantage
