Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the system architecture design development and maintenance of scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and Elixir.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers fostering their growth and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements while aligning with the companys longterm technical strategy.
• Driving architectural decisions ensuring adherence to best practices and staying current with emerging technologies to inform technical direction.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks optimizing overall system performance and ensuring scalability.
• Participating in code reviews providing constructive feedback and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Gradually taking on responsibilities in people management and team organization.

You are right with us if:

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• You have proven experience (5 years) in developing largescale web applications with Ruby on Rails and/or Elixir.
• You have a strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and scalable system design.
• You are proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS) and frameworks (React Angular etc.).
• You have experience with RESTful APIs thirdparty integrations and asynchronous messaging systems.
• You have a solid knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL MySQL) and data modeling and are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines.
• You have excellent problemsolving skills and thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• You have experience in leading technical teams or projects and a genuine interest in developing leadership skills for a transition into an Engineering Manager role.
