Job Title: Regional Business Head
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
CTC: Up to 25 Lakh
Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Affordable Housing
We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Head for a leading NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Ahmedabad Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of core experience in the affordable housing sector with a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics. As Regional Business Head you will be responsible for overseeing business operations across multiple districts including Bhavnagar Botad Mahuva Amreli and Surendranagar. You will lead a team of Area Business Heads and ensure the execution of strategic business plans driving growth performance and customer satisfaction in the region.
This role demands a seasoned leader with excellent management strategic thinking and relationshipbuilding skills. You will be responsible for formulating strategies achieving sales targets and managing the overall business performance in your region. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities have a proven track record in affordable housing and be familiar with the market landscape of the assigned areas.
