Job Description
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple properties within a designated region. This role involves supervising a team of Maintenance Technicians ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will also coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to address maintenance needs and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Maintenance Technicians within the region.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to Maintenance Technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues providing guidance to the team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and inspections.
- Coordinate with property managers to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures including electrical plumbing HVAC and general repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and carrying heavy materials and equipment.
- Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Assist with the procurement and organization of maintenance supplies and equipment. Provide support for other team members as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs.
