Job Description
The Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift will be instrumental in supporting production operations through maintenance and repairs of electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems including 3axis CNC mills conveyors machine automation and robots. You will apply sound troubleshooting techniques to analyze and resolve problems ensuring optimal operation of all plant equipment. This role involves working from mechanical and electrical drawings performing preventative and routine inspections and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment
- Experience with Fanuc robots for recovery and point adjustment preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift scissor lift and articulating arm boom truck
- Validated experience using standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment
Responsibilities
- Support production operations by maintaining and repairing plant equipment
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative predictive and routine maintenance as per work orders
- Interpret safety rules operating instructions and blueprints
- Assist in researching parts as necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of CNC experience
- 23 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Validated experience using maintenance and electrical repair tools
