Job Summary: Vice President Operations (India)
The **VP of Operations** will oversee and optimize the operations of Everseen India managing 500 employees across diverse functions (Annotation Operations Technical Support Reporting). This strategic leadership role involves driving operational efficiency aligning with corporate strategies talent development and building a culture of accountability and innovation. The role also includes risk mitigation operational scaling and creating new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Align operations strategy with corporate goals and execute through measurable KPIs.
Manage daily operations across multiple teams focusing on quality efficiency and innovation.
Foster talent attraction retention and leadership development.
Build a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Develop a revenue model to upsell services to existing customers.

10 years of experience in operations management ideally in SaaS/global companies.
Proven leadership in managing large geographically dispersed teams.
Expertise in Six Sigma or similar methodologies for operational excellence.
Strong communication strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Enthusiasm for innovation and experience with scaling operations in dynamic environments.
