Role Description:
understand staffing requirements from project managers interface with various teams within the organization to get profiles coordinate with project managers to evaluate candidates get the candidates on board within the organization
Follow digital systems to track the workflows
manage impediments coordinate with offshore teams on status reporting understand training requirements for various competencies
work with TCS TD team to identify training materials required for competency building
track and report progress on competency building
