- Design review and implement standards for payroll and time management processes ensuring these are understood and followed by the internal service provider (HRS).
- Collect and manage all necessary payroll data for leasing employees
- Generate both recurring and adhoc reports for various departments and analyses
- Actively participate in salary review and bonus allocation processes including preparing relevant documents and reports.
- Involved in reviewing salary bands and implementing compensation and benefits systems
- Proactively seek process improvements supporting the development of digital tools for data transparency (Excel SharePoint PowerBI etc.).
- Understand and comply with the companys internal regulations and all departmentspecific work procedures.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years in payroll and time management; more experience is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Process Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Compensation & Benefits Knowledge: General knowledge of compensation and benefits analysis implementation and management.
- Technical Competencies:
- SAP: Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable; however candidates without SAP experience but strong in other areas will be considered.
- Excel: Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience or certification is a plus.
- Strong digital mindset with an interest in leveraging technology for process enhancement.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
