Job Description
You will support comercial activities for different Network products and services in the Infrastructure area.
Your Tasks:
- Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue
- Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure
- Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery
- Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services
- Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning calculation and charging
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Engineer or Business Administration is required.
- Between 35 years of working experience in the areas of purchasing cost or cost accounting is required
- Contracting Knowledge in context of vendor management
- Commercial Knowledge for budget and charging
- IT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modeling
- Excellent in MS office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent in presentations verbal & written communication interpersonal skills & being able to work in global team environment
- Excellent team player with collaborative approach to problem solving
- Language Skills: English (Fluent) German (differentiating factor not mandatory)
