In this pivotal role you will:
- Conjure seamless IT support: Oversee the IT support desk empowering a highperforming team to deliver swift and effective solutions to our users.
- Guard the realm of technology: Ensure our network and server infrastructure are robust and secure warding off cyber threats with cuttingedge defences.
- Empower users with technological prowess: Provide expert technical guidance troubleshooting challenges with finesse and training employees on the latest tools and technologies.
- Uphold the highest standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Lead a team of tech sorcerers: Mentor and inspire a talented team of IT Support Analysts fostering a collaborative and highachieving environment.
Requirements
- CompTIA A or similar IT service desk related qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience weaving your magic as an IT leader.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies particularly Azure and SharePoint.
- A proven track record of success with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
- A profound understanding of corporate networks and their intricate workings.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills allowing you to navigate any challenge elegantly.
- A collaborative spirit and an insatiable thirst for knowledge in the everevolving world of technology.
