About the role
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations Team. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues maintain hardware and software as well as support our employees with their IT needs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure which is essential for the seamless operation of our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
- Experience from working within cloud environments such as Azure AWS or GCP.
- Proven experience in providing firstline support for hardware software and network issues.
- Proficient in installing configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Experience in managing system access including user authentication rolebased access control and ensuring compliance with security policies and protocols.
- Strong communication skills both in Swedish and English.
Nice to have
- Prior work experience from the financial sector.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
