Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to meet clients refine briefs and align on creative solutions showcasing GenAI capabilities.
- Lead and oversee a team of GenAI Creators to deliver highquality creative outputs including concept development copywriting image and video generation and final assembly using GenAI tools.
- Intervene directly as needed to develop generate or refine outputs to meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging GenAI techniques and collaborate with the Training team to implement and share these innovations with our broader user base.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in advertising creative development with expertise in Beauty FMCG or Finance sectors.
- Proven experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT MidJourney Adobe Firefly or Jasper and GenAI techniques like model selection and prompting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Photoshop.
- Track record of using GenAI to deliver realworld advertising campaigns.
- Strong written English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Access to a reliable computer with a fast internet connection (30 Mbps or higher).

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
