Job Description
- Write and debug scripts in programming languages like Python R or SQL to manipulate and analyze data
- Handle missing or inconsistent data using foundational statistical and programming techniques
- Conduct basic statistical analyses to uncover trends patterns and relationships within datasets
- Prepare straightforward reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Test and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate metrics to ensure their reliability and performance
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align objectives
- Continuously learn and implement new data science tools techniques and concepts including cloud computing and model deployment practices
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R and SQL
- Basic understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools or libraries (e.g. Matplotlib Seaborn. ggpot2 or Tableau)
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies including cloudbased platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure)
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is considered a plus
