YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out implementation presentations and workshops with an external client focusing on Ivalua Buyer platform presentation in standard configuration
- Collecting business requirements refinement and support clients in defining their end user needs (gap analysis)
- Analysis of specific business requirements in terms of its technical feasibility and respect to OptiBuys configuration best practices
- Translating and redefining business requirements into functional specification
- Translating functional specification into user stories creating a product backlog
- Cooperation with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is configured according to the clients requirements
- Continuous and close cooperation with the Customers Product Owner in each implementation project phase (Design / Build / Test / Hyper Care) in accordance with the SCRUM methodology.
- Cooperation with the Project Manager in tasks scheduling and project scope management
- Building and maintaining business relationships with the client
Qualifications :
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position including projects related to the implementation of lowcode B2B digital tools
- Fluently and freely communicating in English and Polish
- Not afraid to lead and moderate meetings and presentations in front of the client
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of the business process modelling capable to present them graphically (including BPMN and / or Power Point)
- Ability to provide stepbystep technical help both written and verbal
- Experience in engineering and requirements management
- Capability to arrange daily work and set priorities according to business needs
- Experience in Agile using Jira and Confluence
- You are a resultsoriented person with a persistence in achieving your goals
- High analytical and problemsolving skills
- You like working with people and being part of a team
ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND SCORED EXTRA:
- Functional knowledge of Procurement Sourcing Supplier Management
- Project Management experience
- Fundamentals of IT systems architecture
- Basic understanding of XML XSD XML WebServices REST Services technologies
- German language
