Location: Warsaw
Work Arrangement: 5 days from the office

As part of the Client Onboarding Client Implementation team you will contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences while working alongside talented professionals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the onboarding process for all client types and products including cash and derivatives.
- Collaborate actively with Sales and other stakeholders to manage priorities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop indepth knowledge of AML KYC and producttolegal entity alignment requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Client Onboarding policy and process requirements.
- Manage tight timelines for fund launches marketspecific deadlines and trade dates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain high standards of client service.
- Stay highly organized multitask efficiently and prioritize projects effectively.
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in Client Onboarding or KYC roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical approach to work.
- Proactive flexible and energetic mindset.
- Ability to solve problems and facilitate solutions independently.
- Strong team player who thrives under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.
