Job Description

  • Implements IR strategies at plant level.
  • Good communicator good understanding of IR dynamics.
  • Update & maintain various HR Policy & Practices.
  • Creating Payroll approximate 500 employees.
  • Should have done At least 2 wage agreements handled wage workforces IR disturbances situation with strategic exposure over optimal utilization of resources.
  • Proficient in MS office and excellent communication skills in Hindi English and Gujrati is must. Knowledge of labor laws in industrial environment.
  • Building positive relationship with the unions and facilitate business/process improvements through union negotiations including disciplinary processes.
  • Contract labor as well as external environment management and maintaining all statutory compliances under factory and labour laws.
  • Manage peak and fluctuating demands through innovative temporary hiring schemes.
  • Help manufacturing supervisors in disciplining the wage employees supervision over disciplinary matters and domestic enquiries represent in grievance redressal forums in arbitration conciliation matters if any.
  • Manage the welfare & CSR activities at Plant Level.
  • Legal matters conciliation adjudication Liaison with local bodies courts labor department DISH MIDC PF ESIC PT MLWF Labour and Industrial courts and other local government authorities etc.
  • Handling & Monitor legal matters.
  • Should have good labour law knowledge and Statutory compliances
  • Routine matters related to labour welfare and grievance handling of the employees
  • Ensure congenial industrial relations at factory. Statutory /non statutory welfare benefits implementation
  • Should have handled Internal & External HR Audit ISO and OSHAS Documentation so far an HR part is concerns.
