Job Description
- HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and plant requirements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to identify and address workforce challenges.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage recruitment onboarding and retention processes for plant employees.
- Ensure optimal workforce planning to meet production targets.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisals and implement development plans for plant staff.
- Monitor and enhance employee productivity through regular feedback mechanisms.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws statutory compliances and organizational policies.
- Handle audits inspections and liaison with government authorities when required.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
- Foster leadership development for highpotential employees.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll attendance and benefits administration for the plant workforce.
- Address compensationrelated queries and ensure timely disbursements.
- Health Safety and Welfare
- Collaborate with the HSE (Health Safety & Environment) team to maintain a safe workplace.
- Implement welfare activities to improve employee wellbeing.
