Job Description
1. Plant Operations Management:
- Lead the manufacturing of sterile tablet and ointment/cream pharmaceutical products ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery timelines while maintaining product quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks ensuring minimal downtime.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaisoning:
- Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical regulatory requirements including GMP FDA and other applicable standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Handle documentation and inspections related to regulatory compliance and licensing.
3. Team Leadership & Workforce Management:
- Manage a team of 300 employees including permanent staff contract workers and whitecollar professionals.
- Provide guidance mentoring and training to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work culture that prioritizes efficiency quality and safety.
