Days: 8AM 5PM
Hybrid: 4 weeks 100% onsite then after that 3 days onsite 2 remote
Interview process: Teams 15 minute quick screen with hiring manager. 2nd round Teams panel style with hiring manager and a colleague
Note the target start date of 1/20/25. Recruiting efforts should start 12/30/24 as the manager is OOO until 12/30/24 and will not review resumes until then.

1. Can you describe your experience working in a government or defense environment particularly in roles related to pricing finance accounting or business analysis How many years of experience do you have in these areas
2. How familiar are you with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its application in government purchasing Can you provide examples of how you have applied FAR12 and FAR15 TINA compliance in your previous roles
3. Can you discuss a time when you prepared a complex financial analysis or proposal that balanced company profitability with customer value What tools and methodologies did you use
4. Have you had experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits and factfind requests How did you ensure compliance and accuracy in your documentation and responses
5. Can you provide an example of how you developed positive working relationships with other functions within a business How did you handle any challenges that arose during these collaborations
Must Have:
2.5 years direct government/defense experience or 5 years of directly related experience in a pricing finance accounting or business analysis role
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a Business related discipline.
Knowledge and understanding of government rules & regulations as they pertain to government purchasing (FAR)
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing FAR12 & FAR15 TINA compliant proposals for prime contractors and US Government agencies and preparing proposals for nonUS Government customers.
Supporting DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and factfind requests.
Supporting the Compliance Director with the review of suppliers package & documentation
Driving top line and bottom line growth through the preparation of sound business and financial analysis that is properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business.
Driving organizational excellence (productivity margin expansion consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing tools and training.
Maintaining monthly compliance scorecard & working with the pricing managers to update scorecard
Reviewing the compliance quality control dashboard & collaborating with the pricing team to close out any outstanding issues monthly.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation skills with the ability to quickly and positively influence others.
Must be a US Citizen only. No dual citizenship.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Proficient working with MS Office Tools Excel and / or SAP.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in cost accounting pricing or marketing preferred with previous experience in a government/defense environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems.
Experience in coordinating work assignments within a group and acting as liaison between internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively; anticipate problems and opportunities; develop & implement vision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills with the ability to quickly and positively influence others.

Ability to create and utilize financial models to evaluate investment and pricing options.

Demonstrated ability in utilizing Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements and problem resolutions.
TIME KEEPING
Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation in order to assign the Fieldglass Worker # to the contingent worker. This Fieldglass Worker # is required to properly setup the worker in TWB for time reporting by HON manager. Your attention to this process will eliminate delays in receipt of worker hours and invoice creation.
