We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive fluent in Italian Spanish or French. This position involves working closely with our sales and customer relations teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential hosts for our clients properties.
- Reach out to potential hosts via email phone or social media.
- Initiate conversations to gauge interest and assess suitability.
- Manage communication to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
- Keep an uptodate database of potential and current cohosts.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective cohosts in a timely manner.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales recruitment or partnership development.
- Indepth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its features.
- Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Expertise in researching and identifying potential cohosts.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple communications and followups efficiently.
