About the Role:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless start and ongoing success with our products. You will be working remotely with an option to avail our flexible office space. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners within your assigned territory.
- Oversee accounts to consistently exceed both quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement datadriven approaches to foster sales growth.
- Onboard new highquality suppliers in your designated region.
- Stay uptodate on technical integrations with software partners to provide effective client support.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Spanish Italian or French(C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- 12 years of experience in account management partner support technical support customer experience customer success or sales.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales goals and targets.
- Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software particularly for managing leads and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in fastpaced dynamic environments at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines adapt to shifting priorities and balance shortterm objectives with longterm goals.
