We are seeking a proactive and engaging Business Development Representative (German Speaking) to join our expanding team. In this role you will play a key part in driving growth and expanding our client base. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales fluent in German and skilled in identifying new business opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by generating salesqualified opportunities and demonstrating the transformative value of the product to prospective clients.
- Actively source new leads using advanced technology and innovative strategies.
- Qualify potential leads and smoothly transition them to Account Executives for closing.
- Cultivate meaningful lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels including phone email and LinkedIn.
- Consistently meet sales targets and support the overall success of the team.
- Serve as an enthusiastic advocate for the companys products and services creating interest and evaluating mutual suitability.
- Quickly gain expertise in the companys offerings and stay informed on the latest updates and services.
Skills and Experience
- Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong passion for building a career in sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B or business development roles ideally in SaaS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
- A growthoriented mindset with a positive attitude open to feedback and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
