Job Description
Location: Dublin Ireland
Role: Finnish speaking Privacy Specialist
Salary: Basic gross salary €25306 p/a plus a Fixed language bonus of €4500 gross p/a plus a potential quarterly performance bonus of €540
Working hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour). Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00. (Flexi time available* (*employee can start any time between 7AM and 9AM and leave after 8h of work 1h lunch)

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and support leading big brands with a variety of services For their office in Dublin they are looking for a Finnish speaking Privacy Specialist this is a back office support role.
The Role:
The Privacy Specialist role entails ensuring compliance with our clients' product policies by examining requests according to European legal regulations. This involves evaluating requests from both legal professionals and private individuals and managing privacy inquiries. Additionally you'll be tasked with addressing users' privacy concerns across various workflows while adhering to client protocols requiring strong decisionmaking skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting. This is a very detailed procedural role and would suit someone who is interested in user data rights and who can stay dedicated and taskoriented amidst the routine. Professionalism and confidentiality are of the utmost importance for this role.
Requirements

Fluent in Finnish and English

Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high quality on repetitive tasks and detailed workflows

Excellent reading comprehension skills and comfort acting independently to follow detailed workflows and escalate when necessary
