Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Sales Team Leader. This position is instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service within our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales and a track record of leadership success we would love to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team compliance with KPIs and drive efforts to meet both client and MarketStar objectives.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
  • Lead motivate and coach a sales team ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Recruit new team members as required and oversee daytoday operations alongside the client and Program Manager.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration focus and high performance.
  • Analyze data to identify potential opportunities and foster sales growth.
  • Supervise team performance scheduling evaluations and time management.
  • Collaborate with sales operations QA and training teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Support the development of personal growth plans for team members.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise to assist clients with software integrations.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French Italian or Spanish is a plus.
  • More than 4 years of experience in account management partner support technical support customer experience customer success or sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership coaching training or senior representative position.
  • Proficiency in CRM software especially for managing leads and opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines adapt to changing priorities and balance immediate and longterm goals.
